Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through DomainsForEquity.com, operated by MarkUpgrade LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as DomainsForEquity.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Because the Platform operates as an introduction and matchmaking service - not a marketplace or transaction processor - our fees reflect access to tools, visibility, and credits rather than guaranteed results.


2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TOKEN CREDITS

(a) Subscription Fees

When you subscribe to one of our plans (Starter, Pro, Elite, or Partner), you are purchasing access to the Platform and a monthly allocation of credits. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

(b) Credits

Credits are digital items used within the Platform to perform certain actions, such as listing domains, sending introductions, or boosting visibility.

Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased or issued, except as required by law or this Policy.

Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.


3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Because our services and credits are delivered digitally and access is immediate, all sales are final once payment is processed.

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited situations:

  1. Duplicate Payment or Billing Error
    – If you are charged twice for the same service or subscription.

  2. Technical Failure on Our Side
    – If you were unable to access the Platform for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a verified system outage or error on our servers.

  3. Unauthorized Payment
    – If a payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization and confirmed as such by our payment processor.

All refund requests must be made in writing to [billing@domainsforequity.com] within 7 calendar days of the charge. Requests made after that period cannot be honored.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable under any circumstance:

  • Credits used or partially used within the Platform

  • Subscription fees after renewal unless canceled before the renewal date

  • Promotional or trial offers

  • Custom or enterprise (“Partner”) agreements

  • Fees paid to third-party service providers introduced via the Platform


5. PLAN CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Your access and remaining credits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.


6. PROCESSING REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
